TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES ON THE DLP-POLAND.COM.PL WEBSITE
§1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at https://www.dlp-poland.com.pl.
The owner and Administrator of the website is DLP Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kaczyce, at ul. G. Morcinka 7D, 43-417 Kaczyce, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001105711, holding Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5482760314 and REGON: 528858903, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Service Provider."

§2. Scope of Services and Subject of Activity
The dlp-poland.com website is of an informational and service nature and enables Users to:
familiarize themselves with the offer of DLP Sp. z o.o. regarding certification, homologation, laboratory testing (including mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests), audits, and training,
send inquiries via the contact form or e-mail address,
obtain preliminary consultation and individual price quotes for research or certification services.
Using the website's functionalities (browsing content, contact form) constitutes the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
Electronic services provided within the website are free of charge and are preparatory in nature for the potential conclusion of a contract for professional research services.
The conclusion of a binding contract for testing, auditing, or certification occurs outside the website's IT system, after:
individual agreement on the scope of work (e.g., type of tests, tested standards),
preparation and acceptance of a dedicated commercial offer,
confirmation of order acceptance by DLP Sp. z o.o.
Payments for services are made based on a VAT invoice or a proforma invoice, in accordance with the arrangements contained in the offer or contract.
§3. Technical Conditions for Using the Website
For the proper use of the website, the following are required:
a device with Internet access,
an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari),
enabled support for cookies and JavaScript.
The User is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law, good practices, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. It is prohibited for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature.
§4. Liability
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the content published on the website is up-to-date and reliable; however, it stipulates that technical information regarding standards and procedures is general in nature and does not replace professional legal or technical advice provided under a separate agreement.
DLP Sp. z o.o. shall not be held liable for:
interruptions in the operation of the website resulting from technical reasons or reasons beyond the Administrator's control,
consequences of using information contained on the website without prior consultation with DLP Sp. z o.o. specialists.
The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the website for modernization or maintenance purposes.
§5. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, photos, graphics, and logos published on the dlp-poland.com website are the property of DLP Sp. z o.o. or are used based on appropriate licenses.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or modify the content of the website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Administrator.

§8. Final Provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the website.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means.
