Laboratory Testing

Engineering validation for your product. Don’t guess, verify.

DLP laboratory testing is a precision R&D tool used to detect design flaws at the prototype stage, optimize production, and simulate years of service life under controlled conditions. We deliver the hard data essential for certification, homologation, and safety assurance processes.

OUR TESTING SERVICES

Mechanical and Durability Testing

We simulate extreme physical stresses, including transport and operational vibrations, mechanical shocks, drops, and material fatigue testing, to verify real-world structural durability.

This is vital for the automotive, industrial machinery, and e-commerce sectors, where meeting robustness standards is a prerequisite for safe shipping and end-customer reliability.

Electrical and Safety Testing

We verify critical safety parameters, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, leakage currents, and device behavior under fault conditions (such as short circuits).

These tests are vital for any electrically powered device, from household appliances and power tools to renewable energy inverters, to ensure compliance with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and protect users against electric shock and fire hazards.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing

We utilize anechoic chambers to verify that your device does not emit excessive electromagnetic interference (EMI) and possesses the required immunity to external disturbances, ensuring reliable operation in its intended environment.

This is a mandatory step for virtually all electronics entering the EU market, a prerequisite for compliance with the EMC Directive and obtaining the legal CE mark.

Climatic and Environmental Testing

Inside our climatic chambers, we subject products to accelerated aging tests, extreme temperature cycling (from sub-zero freezing to intense heat), high humidity exposure, and rapid thermal shocks.

These tests are critical for the renewable energy, e-mobility, and outdoor equipment sectors, where products must prove long-term reliability under highly variable weather conditions.

Vibration and Shock Testing

We test the resistance of products and components to long-duration vibration and sudden mechanical shocks, simulating both transport conditions and real-world operation on our advanced shakers.

This testing is vital for the automotive, electronics, and renewable energy sectors, where material fatigue failure can lead to costly breakdowns and significant safety hazards.

Advanced Battery and Abuse Testing

We perform tailored testing procedures upon client request, specializing in destructive Li-Ion battery safety tests, commonly known as "abuse tests", including crush, nail penetration, and overcharge scenarios.

These tests are critical for manufacturers of traction batteries and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to meet UN 38.3 transport requirements and ensure the highest level of fire safety.

Certification and Conformity Assessment

Your Passport to Global Markets. Secure, compliant, and on time.

Certification is more than just a "piece of paper." It is the critical process that grants you market access, authorizing you to sell your product in a specific territory.

At DLP, we lift the entire burden of bureaucracy and testing off your shoulders. As your technical partner, we conduct a comprehensive conformity assessment, verifying that your product fully complies with all regulatory requirements and safety standards before it ever reaches the customer.
