Key Responsibilities:
Conducting product certification processes to ensure full compliance with international standards.
Preparing certification documentation and managing technical files for a wide range of products.
Developing specific, custom declarations and compliance statements tailored to individual client requirements.
Reviewing and updating legal requirements and technical standards to maintain up-to-date certification procedures.
Performing comparative analyses of regulatory requirements to determine the necessary testing scope for various products.
Monitoring and tracking legislative changes to proactively advise clients and the internal team on new regulations.
Preparing cost estimates and quotes for certification and testing services based on technical specifications.
Maintaining and managing process documentation to ensure full traceability and audit readiness.


Requirements:
Organizational and analytical thinking skills – the ability to structure complex processes and draw logical conclusions from technical data.
High attention to detail – a meticulous approach to verifying documentation where every detail matters for product safety.
Persistence in executing long-term tasks – the ability to maintain focus and consistency throughout multi-stage certification projects.
Adaptability to diverse product categories – readiness to take on new challenges and quickly learn about different technologies and industries.
Proficiency in English – strong command of the language (written and spoken) is essential for effective work with international standards and global clients.
